Basic Training
Basic Training equips pastors and church leaders with foundational skills for biblical counseling and discipleship. Participants learn to apply Scripture to real-life struggles while growing in personal spiritual maturity and helping establish a sustainable culture of care within their local church.

CLT Models & Topics
This resource outlines the four modules of the Christian Leadership Training program, including the primary topics addressed in each module. It provides a clear picture of the theological depth, practical application, and spiritual formation involved.
